Instruction for Paper Submission

Overleaf

When working in Overleaf, the template is available at: https://www.overleaf.com/gallery/tagged/ieee-official

Along with the paper, authors are required to submit an undertaking form stating that the paper has not been published previously, is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and if accepted will not be published elsewhere in the same form. It is mandatory for at least one of the authors to register in the non-student category for publication of the paper in proceedings. For the author presenting more than one paper, it is mandatory to register and present each paper separately.

ACOIT Review Process

The ACOIT has a double-blind peer-review process. Any paper submitted for the conference is reviewed by minimum three reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area. Based on the reviewers’ comments, papers are accepted, rejected or accepted with revision.

Author Ethics

Learn about authorship, how to cite sources appropriately, plagiarism, how to report your data accurately, and the importance of publishing original research.https://conferences.ieeeauthorcenter.ieee.org/author-ethics/ethical-requirements/

Inappropriate Use of Citations

Citing an irrelevant source for the purpose of artificially inflating citation metrics is considered a breach of ethics. Only cite relevant sources that legitimately contribute to your paper according to the criteria outlined above.

IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF)

The eCF is a highly effective tool that transfers ownership rights of the intellectual property to IEEE and saves significant amounts of time and effort on the part of IEEE authors.

If you are an author submitting a manuscript to an IEEE conference, you must also submit an IEEE Copyright Form to the designated organizer/publication chair of your conference. Contact your conference organizer for more information regarding the use of the electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF).

If you do not complete a publication agreement with IEEE by means of signing and submitting an IEEE Copyright Form, your paper cannot be published by IEEE.
